Daytoy iti maudi nga pangatugaw ko kas Chairman iti Conferensya kasta met ni Conf. Minister tayo ng William Ramos...nagpartak nga naglabas iti dua a tawen ket kasla away pay iti naaramidak (nu adda man makunak) kas Chairman ngem uray no kasta haan nak kam pay maupay ta ammok nga iti conferensya tayo ket adda iti pagturungan na nga pagsayaatan....pagsayaatan iti meimbro..papastor ken amin nga maikuno iti konferensya....Ammok nga ammo yo met iti kasapulan iti konferensya haan laeng nga iti pinansyan nu diketdi moral nga suporta ken karkararag iti tattao nga kas kadakayo.... On this Annual Session I emphasized the full participation of Lay People in the deliberation of issues affecting the life of the church, i noticed lately that their paticipation has already dwindled, isu siguro nga medyo "palpak" iti implementation iti programs uray man pay nu kasano kapintas... At any rate....at this point of time i would like to request for your support, prayers and other suggestions in this forthcoming Annual Session... long live Central Luzon Conference.....
