Mga Kadugo,

Breaking news! Our Dugong CYF Foundation, Inc. is now duly registered! It�s April 1 here so I guess from now on it will no longer be April Fools� Day for us.

Atilinda just called from SEC Baguio. She just got the registration papers and sounded very happy and excited. Who isn�t?

I am deep in paper work. Sorry I have not been able to prepare that report on the organizational meeting as promised. "Will find time in a day or two.

I hope everyone of us is looking at the raging war from a perspective that allows us to join in a circle of prayer for World Peace.
