Simple

What do we know about DNA? Well, about 90% of it is unread per individual. So perhaps within twins the 10% which is read is slightly different. Think about it: is everything about them identical - do they have the same number of hair folicles, or skin pores, or sight, or a million other things? No. Finger prints are yet another thing which is different. 'Identical' still allows for mutations and genetic difference.
