A LOOK INSIDE NOW A DEDICATION

The wind is fiercely blowing
my hurricane inside is back
my emotions going around in circles
one conclusion of effection i lack

Clouds are always out and about
the sky is never completely blue
what's the deal with my heart these days
and why am i always thinking of you

I can't even write these words
that i so easily used to do
when my heart was ever hurting
it was writing that got me through

So now my mind's just clouded
and confusion rules my head
i don't understand your emotions
they don't match the words you've said

so how do i find out your thoughts
without directly asking you straight
if it's time you need and want
then i'm quite happy to surely wait

You say you want to try other girls
though i can't promise my heart'll be yours when your through
freedom, love, trust and happiness
this what i would give to you

Now it sounds like i'm selling myself
but the whole package is what you need
though we both know it won't happen over nite
i'm working on it though you must believe

This is a poem not for your eyes
for it tells of my true feelings inside
and though i'm innocent and have a lot to learn
these are feelings i know i should hide

what started out as a look into myself
has turned into a dedication to you
though should u ever get hold of this poem
know that i write words that are only true

Signing off with love, friendship and trust
a wanting to understand and fullfil your needs
remember i care and think a lot of you
and when your heart tears, my heart bleeds

for i'd do anything not to see you hurt
and as a friend i'll always be there
so here i signoff with one last line
remember always that i care.
