On a Saturday morning back in June
I remember the day quite well
The very first time i'd spoken to you
That was the day that i first fell.

A stranger to my heart though i knew
You were lost within your mind
You were scared beyond belief
as Your world had been left behind

You were feeling all alone that day
I remember the lonliness in your words
I had felt something connect with you
and I was flying with the birds

Up above, i floated, for a friend i had found
The week flew by and finally came the day
when I threw to hell with safety precautions
for i couldn't let you just drift away

I remember the walk through surfers paradise
and as i walked closer up to the kurb
I scanned the street wondering who you were
Idialled the number then your mobile could be heard

You reached down to answer my call
as i was walking across the street
You asked me how far away I was
and i answered 'nearly at your seat'

Up you stood and walked right to me
your arms went around and held me tight
my heart beating so fast that it stayed constant
It really was so magical that night

And here we are today still so very much in love
And it's you I want to love forever long
For you are the only one that my heart beats for
You are my thoughts throughout each love song
