So is smoking pot, snorting cocaine and injecting certain kinds of steroids. If we were to make employment decisions based on the legality of the actions of those they interview, there would be no sportscasters left today. The suggestion that Kiley deserved to be fired because he interviewed someone who did something illegal is ludicrous beyond description.
