>the snr website now has a big ad and a press release promoting the addition of tony bruno to their lineup, but there is no mention of k&b. the press release does mention that further lineup changes will be announced soon, but is tony bruno so important that he gets promoted and his show doesn't air until 08/15/05? does anyone listen to snr now? are they promoting k&b on the air?

i'm not surprised they're not promoting them heavily. bruno has more "star power" at this point - he hasn't been out of a job for two years. plus, if they're taking over spanier's slot, snr will likely alienate at least some of his audience (i'm listening right now, incidentally, and just heard the spanier promo). trumpeting the new show would only exaserbate the situation.

my guess is kevin and chuck don't want a big "welcome back to national radio" party and all the hoopla that goes with it. their show will easily be the best on the network and will eventually climb back to the top nationwide.
