Subject: prayer greatly needed

Hey everyone, our Disciple Now was this past weekend. All I have to say is PRAISE GOD for the amazing weekend we experienced. I got more out of this Disciple Now than I ever have before and I am sure everyone in my group could say the same..... Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing Martin Luther King, Jr. Day for us yesterday was something filled with anything but rest and relaxation. Many of you have heard one person from our youth group or another (Michael Wilkerson "Wilky", or Magoo, or myself) asking yall to pray for our youth since we lost our youth minister, and now seems to be the best time if you could spare a minute or two. Some of us were betrayed by our own temporary youth minister (i am not going to go into details), and things are anywhere but happy or peaceful right now. We are all talking with each other with this temp. youth minister tomorrow night, and truly this could break our youth group. I am scared for the future of the group and am just asking that you lend your prayers that this will all work out and if anything we can just become a stronger youth group from this (although this seems anywhere but close to being able to be resolved peacefully). If this is not resolved peacefully there will be a big chunk of our senior high guys who will soon be looking for a new youth group to attend (yeah, its that bad).

I love you all,
Tristen
