Six Companies to List on NYSE and Nasdaq

NEW YORK - The Nasdaq Stock Market (NDAQ.OB: Quote, Profile, Research) announced on Monday that six companies would list both on its market and the New York Stock Exchange.
In a bid to capitalize on the NYSE's recent corporate governance travails, the Nasdaq said that, under its new initiative, the six companies were the first to list on both markets.

The six firms are Apache Corporation (APA.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , Cadence Design Systems (CDN.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , The Charles Schwab Corporation (SCH.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , Countrywide Financial (CFC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , Hewlett- Packard (HPQ.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and Walgreens (WAG.N: Quote, Profile, Research) .
