Marriott Int'l upgraded by Raymond James (MAR) By Tomi Kilgore
NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Marriott International (MAR) was upgraded to "outperform" from "market perform" at Raymond James on the belief the hotel operator will benefit from strong unit growth and an increasing stream of incentive management fees. Analyst William Crow also thinks timeshare results will be strong, that the company has an enviable balance sheet and that the management team is top-notch. He establishes a 12-month stock price target of $70 and raised his fourth-quarter earnings estimate to 76 cents a share from 74 cents. The stock closed Wednesday up 13 cents at $61.13.
