Ja und damit ist es giftiger als Dioxin, die Krankheit kam früher öfters vor Botulinismus. Es passierte bei Konservendosen, die nicht hoch genug erhitzt wurden, man erkennt sie leicht an der Wölbung. Die Bakterien vermehren sich gerne auf Fleisch unter Luftabschluß.

PS: Die Supermärkte werden sich freuen, wenn alle Konserven mit einer Wölbung nach oben (untrügliches Zeichen) weggekauft werden.
