Kann Dir dazu nur sagen, dass Du nicht alleine bist mit diesem Problem... Und Dich deshalb auch nicht daf�r hassen solltest...

Ich bin im Moment st�ndig am Heulen, niemals "grundlos", ich weiss immer warum, aber die "Gr�nde" sind sowas von l�cherlich...

Ich heule weil mein Computer mal wieder abst�rzt... Weil ich jemanden anrufen will und dort immer besetzt ist... Weil ich nicht einschlafen kann... Weil ich auf einen Brief von einer Freundin warte und die sich einfach nicht meldet... Weil mir das Essen anbrennt...

Ich kann Dir nachf�hlen, wie Du Dich f�hlst, ich kann es auch nicht fassen, wie mich Dinge, die mir fr�her relativ egal gewesen w�ren mich pl�tzlich so runterziehen...

Ich �berlege im Moment noch, ob das nur Anzeichen meiner Depression und behandelbar sind oder ob ich tats�chlich schlicht und einfach lebensunt�chtig bin...
