Pl�ne schmiede ich f�r die Zukunft obwohl ich mir sicher bin, dass ich diese H�lle verlassen muss und will. Aber da ist immer ein kleiner Funke an Hoffnung welcher mich immer weiter machen l�sst. Eigentlich ist alles Schei�e. Egal was ich anpacke es l�uft nicht so wie ich es mir w�nsche. Manchmal sind nur allt�gliche Kleinigkeiten aber ich versp�re das Gef�hl, dass irgendeine Macht st�ndig mir entgegenwirkt. Ich hasse mich selbst und noch mehr hasse ich mich dass ich zu feige bin endlich den letzten Schritt zu wagen. Ich verz�gere das Unvermeidliche nur hin und qu�le mich weiter auf dieser schei� Welt.

Gibt es irgendeine Methode die mir Mut zum Selbstmord geben k�nnte? Jedenfalls versuche ich in letzter Zeit, in Augenblicken der Heiterkeit immer extra an meine Probleme zu denken um somit einem Gef�hl der Zufriedenheit des Gl�ckes usw. entgegen zu wirken.
