Hi,

bisher befand ich diese Methode auch als am sichersten. Habe hier noch eine Atemmaske herumliegen, welche ich mir mal im Internet dafür bestellt hatte. Nur war ich bisher zu feige. Ich denke allerdings, dass es mit der Maske praktischer ist und man nicht so schnell eine Panikattake bekommen kann.
