Subject: 33 Years and I will never forget!!

Well, for you that served, it is coming up on 33 years since the end of the war that America wants to forget. That Americans don't celebrate, that Americans didn't understand. I am only 37 which puts me not understanding the war at the time it happened. Several books, t.v. shows, educational programs later, I understand that you all gave your best. To those who never made it back home, I honor them. To those who were lucky enough to make it back, I honor you. You all served with dignity, honor and bravery. It was your jobs and you did it- damn the results. You all were treated like losers, killers, war zeros. To me you are all heroes, men who could take anything, do anything to do their jobs. Hang your heads high, you mean a lot to me. Back then and today! You were soldiers, warriors, friends and brothers. You all were my brothers. My older brother who is deceased now served with you all- that is why you all are my brothers. You were the brave ones to serve when your country called you to duty and you did it. What Valor you all had. I keep you all in my prayers as well as any soldier that has served to keep this country the way it is today. You all were a big part in keeping our country pointed in the right direction. There is a song in a movie called Brothers in the Night by Ray Kennedy, this song makes me understand the bond you had together and reminds me of all of you. No matter how long the time has passed since your war, I will never forget the sacrifices you all gave. Thank You and you are my older brothers.
