It looks like i'm replying a bit late but Ive had the same problem lately and I've been browsing thru the web since then but got no clear solution. Then suddenly, I got it! I simply uninstalled the QOS Packet Scheduler Service from my Local Area Network Connection Properties and presto! Here I am able to join Starcraft LAN games on IPXSPX!!!! Yey!!!
