Hello
I am 18yrs old and I have been exactly the same height for 5 years(5"5). I believe it was due to not eating lunch, however, I began to eat alot at the age of 17 and have been buying supplements such as meal replacements to add to my daily food intake. Do you believe I have the chance of growing taller if I take those supplements, which contain the ideal blend of amino acids, listed above. such as Amino fuel, heightfix etc.?
Please reply, I do not want to waste my money if I don't have the slightest chance of growing taller
IS growth still possible after that age of 18?
