Well, Julie's Diary sucks...
How about if we replace it with an abridged version of "Anne Franks Diary" for Level 13,14,15 or 16?
I think a lot of teenage children would really be deeply moved by her story. And a touching story can really implant the English in their brains...
Any more ideas for Level 13 to 16 reading?
