There was once some Noise bands here in Fresno... I recall

'Nail'

'Insights of Blindness'

Maybe more experimental than just noise

I know that they were fans of Whitehouse

I do have a tape of Insights of Blindness ... an they did perform live a few times, interesting performance art for the time this was way over 10 years ago.
