Login. Go to "Journal". Select "update". Enter your entry. Go to the "Update Journal" button. Click on that. That's for your journal.

For Fresnogoth:

Okay. This is a LITTLE more complicated. Select "Journal" and "Update" again. Go to the area that says this, beneath the text box:

TML okay; by default, newlines will be auto-formatted to
- or, use the rich text mode.)

"Spell check entry before posting

You're looking at the simple page. For more options, click here."

Beside the Spell check there's a clickable box. For the purpose of this, ignore that. Or select that. Whatever makes you happy.~laughs~

Now, head to the "For more options, click here". Select that. It'll re-load your update screen.

Type in your message in the post box.

_NOW, IMPORTANT, DON'T SELECT UPDATE YET._

Thank you, head down section beneath the text box.

You want to head here:


See the ugly, crudely done arrow next to journal to post in? Go there. That is, "journal to post in".

Now follow the scroll bar to:


Select that, and now you head down and select "update journal."

And thus, you have posted in the fresno_goth livejournal community!

Anyone willing to mock my horridly made arrows, please feel free. I tried to make this as quickly as possible.
