My Secret Garden

I want to sit midst an English garden
It's only for just me!
Smiling upon the flowers and the trees
Sipping on finger sandwiches and Earl Grey tea
Sitting there in silence, on a wooden swing.

Rocking back and forth, while bluebirds sing
Feeling the morning cool air breeze
Book of poems in my hand
A lace napkin on my knees.

Only such an idylic calming scene
Joy and happiness could bring
Full of honey bee scented blosoms gleam
At the start of the new full Spring

Happy in my cozy solitude
Eyes half closed and laying on the ground
Far away from the running multitude
Nature surrounds me all around

Ah, but this, my favorite spot it is
No one else but bees and birds exist
Silken flowers, morning showers
A Van Gogh painting on this earth!
