First of all, I have to say that my bad English is the reason for the short answers. But I will do my best to explain our experiences with the BARF Dog food and the advantages of our point of view.

As I said before, we changed the nutrition to BARF because of the allergic reactions of our dog. In the meantime and after a lot of reading books and in the internet and discussing in Groups and forums about BARF we are convinced to do the best for our dogs. Also our Vet and blood picture certify the health of our dogs. We were most impressed how quick our dog was on the mend unmedicated.

Further more it was remarkable, how our bitch, 5 years old and never ill, improved her fitness, coat, theeth etc. in spite of the fact that she was fine. We started with this kind of nutrition a year ago. They love the food much and had never any indigestions or any other problems with health. We feed them with a variety of different kind of meat and bones, oil, vegetables, fruits, quark, rice etc. It needs more time than feeding dry food (everything need more time than that) but not so much. We need ca. 10 minutes per day for preparing the food, because there is nothing to cook - fruits and vegetables are just to strain. Only Rice and Noodles (if you feed BARF with this products is to cook). Much more information are available on this page www.barfers.com. You find a good introduction and a overview in the FAQ.
