In reply to: Revelation 's message, "¥£±£¥The Book has been opened¥£±£¥" on 21:02:19 02/27/03 Thu

(my arm hurts... and Adobe's still being mean and won't copy right!!!)

*he returns her gaze full force, not one to break eye contact easily, for he knew that was were most emotions were shown at, body language could lie, but most eyes could never.* A wise choice, m'lady, *he says, speaking slowly, gaze never wavering.* And, while I'll do nothing but try to persuade you to at least have a look, you've got no enemy in me if you desire not to. For I respect whatever decision it is you make, for 'tis your life afterall. Now, why thee should put thy (ah, romeo and juliet's doin my vocab good!) trust in me: never intentionally--or unintentially--will I lay hoof to a mare, whether they reside with me or not. Second, I'm no betrayer of trust and respect, for they are hard things to gain and should never be broken. I'll fight for thee with my life, if it comes down to it, and will not back away from a potentially dangerous situation, if one of those who trust me are in threat of being hurt. The mares (those that are actually active) are quite friendly and caring, foal's as well, who have and run their own section of land in terra, strictly for foals. *Having dwindled down to almost nothing left in his mind, he awaits, finished, her reaction, if any, his eyes still boring into hers.*

¥£±£¥Soft sigh - hardly audible - is heard and dial is shaken slightly, banner flicking lazily behind her form as she thinks. 'Twas a good answer, and he was able to hold her gaze, and even more then that, return it. Well, what had she to loose? She had no one in her life now, no purpose at the present. Her past was full of abuse, fear, hate. What differance would it make if this time was no differant? Perhaps if it was, she was purely meant to be an object of hate and abuse. But whatever fate held for her, she figured she might as well give it a try.¥£±£¥ Very well. I shall go with you. ¥£±£¥She steps forward a bit, but still not too close, for waryness is something that would not go easily. But perhaps, just perhaps, in time, she could learn to trust him fully, if he was what he appeared to be... if...¥£±£¥

*he looks to Apollo and backs away, for what he had said was touching enough for him to back down. He respected the mare with all his heart, and hoped he wasnt being rude. But he knew he couldnt do better. He stepped back another step but still lifted his head in pride.*

*he nickers and smiles a little, bowing his head a little.* Aye, m'lady, would you like to see your new home now? *he asks her.*
