Subject: Vibrating zzr600e4

Can anyone throw some light on my vibrating/buzzing problem?
The vibration starts at around 4500rpm then at 5000rpm I hear a buzzing noise eminating from around the front end somewhere.
The buzzing continues with more vibration until I hit about 6500rpm when the buzzing seems to stop, but the vibration is still there, this is really annoying as it sends my hands numb moreso on the right.
Any help would be most appreciated.
