Hi

I have a zzr660 E1 (94) mine also rattles a little, mainly at low revs and stops over 3000 - 4000 rpm. It sounds like most ZZR's a rattle a little i suggest u stop worrying and enjoy riding the beast!!! keep the oil changes up and the engine should last... hope i hanvnt jinxed my-self now!!!!!!
