Though I'm not saying no right away, I'm not saying yes either. I just have one question. Why? Why should I choose you as an ally and not some other stallion? (not being mean or anything, just simple question, lol.)

*he looks and thinks for a moment* There really is only one reason I suppose, because if something happens that an unknown source comes into my terretory, a two-legger for example, I may not be able to fend it off on my own, and I wouldnt want my mares to be hurt in the process, I would dare not put my beloveds in danger. I want whats best for them. And maybe if something happens to me, I know they will be safe. *he says honestly, he might not have answered the way he would have wanted but he said what he meant and that mattered*

*he nods his head, too distracted, ears swiveling back to listen to the other stallion's approach and hears the challenge. This one did not wish to be allies. Snorting with rage he says,* Will you excuse me? I have some business to take care of. Perhaps we can talk it over some other time? *with that he turns tail and gallops off towards the waiting bachelor.*
