*the appy's ears flick backward as he looks towards the east entrance. He hears the gun shot and suddenly rears, giving a harsh cry to all that lived here. It was both a cry to flee (to his mares), and a cry of hatred (towards the human who had the gun.) He gallops down the hill, tail flagged, eyes burning with defiance and anger. Ambition had the human occupied enough that he was able to plow into the human with his shoulder. He wasn't going to kill him... not yet. The gun skittered away from the humans grip, and he reared, his feet landing dangerously near the human. Quickly though, he gets out of the others grasp and grabs the gun, flicking it towards Ambition, and neighs, telling her to leave with the others. He would deal with the two-legger. *
