Ahem, hello, Des. he says, his ears pinning back for a second, not sure what she wanted. He was weary of her, almost sure she wanted revenge for what had been taken from her. And since the person she wanted revenge on was no longer living, he assumed he was next in that line.

He holds fast to the present, it being the only thing that could possibly save him from being pulled back into his past from which he had tried so hard to be rid of.* What do you want, Des? *she gives him a slow grin.* Chill out. I can't simply come and say I'm sorry for the way treated you the either day? Too bad, Spotty. Besides, I was just checking out what might be my future home. Seems as though all the stallions want are happy-go-lucky mares, all the time. *she makes a face.* Excuse me for saying, but the Gods would have to strike me down before I became happy-go-lucky 24/7.
