I am giving myself anther 10. I reduced my exercise this week since my appetite had been increased last week. But thankfully it is back to normal and I was able to bank 27 points. The great thing about it is that I don't feel deprived at all with banking this much. I eat everything I want to eat this week and feel very satisfied!
