At first I really didn't know how to grade this week. I only tried one new thing (the skinny chips) so I felt like I had failed. But then I reevaluated my week. I constantly "looked at myself in a new light". I made really good choices and thought before I ate. And because of it, I lost 2.2 lbs at this week's weigh in. I am proud of myself, and therefore giving this week a "10".

Now, on to week three...
