Hi Tara,
For someone pretty new to Wicca, you have a good understanding... :-)
You can contact me anytime you want !
I was very blessed to have had my dear departed craft brother & the Grand Master of the Druidic Craft Of The Wise as my personal craft teacher!
ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS:
The Druidic Craft Of The Wise did evolve from the Druid traditions, through a hereditary craft family line stemming from the Druids, dating back to the middle ages...
We of the american tradition no longer are guardians of particular sacred sites, such as wells or forests, but in the ancient days of the Druids, that was one of the things they did...
An additional little known thing about the ancient Druids,
is that originally they were nomadic... They started out sort of like johnny appleseeds...
They carried bags of fruit trees seeds & many other tree seeds around with them, and planted them wherever they went all over Europe...
It was later in time that some of the Druid priests wanted to settle down in one place, and thats what led to some of them becoming guardians of particular sacred sites, such as wells or forests...
NO I do not worship nature, but to say I have a partnership with her is very close to the truth... I will tell you something about our dear mother nature & mother Earth, that even many native american indians don't know...
Believe it or not, unknown to most people, our planet Earth has consciousness... She can in fact, think & feel...
She is affected by the collective negative energy put out by humanity...Did you know that ???
I will start a new discussion later, where I will repeat this info on mother Earth & share with you my personal healing exercise/ritual for the benefit of our dear mother Earth... If you would like to hear it ???
PS.. I guess it doesn't come natural to you to end your posts to a craft member with Blessed Be..
I was taught to greet & take my leave of a craft brother or sister with Blessed Be !
So i do it in a post to any craft member...
"Blessed Be"
