I hope you do not mind my adding my two-pennies-worth as some people say this side of the pond.

Just to prelude I am male, pagan, English, influenced by Wicca (having recently read books like "Wiccan Warrior" and "Witchcraft for Men" - which were given to me as gifts - I would suggest that there is a male aspect of the Old Religion) and a believer in the virute and effacy of Personal Autonomy.

Some people describe Paganism (indeed the whole New-Age concept) as the 'Pick-n-Mix religion'. This is done rather I think with a disparaging motive, Yet I would say that it is the very strength of the resurgem of the New Religion that people can take or leave that which they desire. We each of us grow in our own way and reject dogma.

Thus it is that many of us follow all manner of *seemingly* contradictory notions but head toward a similar goal!

I personally do not go to a Xtian message board or Chat room and attempt to post my views as I believe that this is rude. Similarly I think that Xtians should not post in a specifically Pagan message board.

Xtians ultimately believe that Paganism is a 'front' for what they term Satanism. Fine - let them. In England they are seriously on the decline I shall ignore them and they will go away! The serious point is that they are not able to accept our presence and any pretence of 'open discussion' is a great deal less sincere than they would have us think!
