I haven't seen this film nor did I ever intend to but I did see Ebert and Roeper's review of it on TV last week and they said that the kids in the movie are so sadistic that they should be quarantined for the safety of adults everywhere. Roeper said that their antics are more uncomfortable than laughable which is bad news for what's supposed to be deemed a family comedy.

Apparently Ice Cube is one of the producers so we can rest the blame on his softening shoulders.

As for MC Gainey, I will never look at him the same way after seeing Sideways. If you haven't seen that film, let me just say one thing: Gainey running down the street naked with his junk flapping in the wind. *SHUDDER*
