Subject: I thought Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive were essentially the same concept.

And I thought Lost Highway examined it better.

Of cours,e Mulholland Drive was meant to be a television series, so maybe Lynch was going to explore the running themes over a couple of scenes.

Lost Highway's explained by...whatshisname! The ugly-little fellow, (Robert Blake). He gives it away when talking to Balcazar Getty about the Middle East.

Actually, that's what Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive are about.
