Good concept, shameless execution.

Am also starting to have a problem with Haley Joel Osment's acting in that all his responses seem formulaic. Need to appear frightened? Pull out Expression #26. Need to look happy? Trying Expression #4. It's as if he has them all catalogued, and the transition from one to the next seems very forced.

Saw The Apostle - wasn't that adapted from a John Grishman book? Seemed very Grishamy. (All his stuff is the same - shocking court-case, defender against the odds, inscrutable client...)

The Cider House Rules, Theron's customary nudity aside, was excellent, as was Caine, who's definitely gotten better as an actor with age.
