Yes. The Guild Hall keeps records of the adventurer members, the adventure locals they have been on, their important public info ect... Including their current locations if known. And if that person has left permision to do so they can make some of that info available.

There is a Guild Hall. It is located in the Capital City at the intersection of Spire Blvd and Gno-Way Rd. It is fully staffed and even has a built in Tavern.
