Their residents have even commented at times that it's because they do not have basketball courts. Our other issue is that the common area is easily accessible from Public Streets. That's what does not allow us to press tresspassing charges easily. A fenced in area with signs on the fences would allow us to press charges. Disconnecting Willoughby Station from the Hickory Hills area road would help too, but boy would that be a pain having to drive all the way around to get to Lebanon Road. My family and I just going to the playground will usually deter the teens from hanging out there. Not so with the basketball courts. It's not safe there, we pay dues and my family does not get to use the area at night (and occassionally during the day) because of that.
