They are going overboard and aren't getting the right people. They are handing out tickets if you exceed the speed limit by just 1 mile, or only stop for a second before proceeding thru a stop sign. Yet, everyday kids fly down the street and barely slow down for the stop signs with no reprocussions. It's easier and more lucritive to get mom/pop in the middle of the school day, passing out ticket after ticket, then to spend the time to sit there and wait for the real offenders.
