The sonnet at the end alter the meaning of it because throughout the whole sonnet, Shakespeare seems to be critizing how his mistress is so ugly and has bad breath, etc. and yet and the end he says how his love for her is "[...]as rare, As any she belied with false compare." It is very misleading. While you are reading this sonnet you think "why on Earth would he want to be with someone like that" and then at the end he says how much he loves her and I guess you basically could say that he loves what she is like on the inside and not outside (which is good!).

Shakespeare mocks aspects of the traditional sonnet in Sonnet 130 because traditional sonnets are mostly about really good looking people and in this one, he describes the girl he is in love with as of she is a hidous monster with bad breath. He doesn't "go with the flow" he puts his own twist on his sonnets, which is cool. :)
