Oh my. I don't think Tim will ever look at poetry quite the same way again! It's a little disjointed, though I like the comparison between baseball and your Dark Lady (kind of a love/hate relationship there?). 2 things I want you to give some thought to: first, can you end it with a couplet by switching around some lines? Then take a look at your lines with regard to iambic pentameter. Remember you need 5 stressed syllables in a line! Can you play with it a little to make it work?
