There was a documentary on television, Discovery Channel about wings 'taken from bees'.
It concerned mini-flying-robots, not larger then your hand, with wings that use the moving technique from insects.
Normally a lot of Discovery programmes are also on sale on video or maybe now also on DVD.
Fighters with warpable wings is something else completely: this is a researched technology, I believe on a F-111 airplane at NASA, to improve airflow across a fighter's wing and to reduce radar signature. This is not 'taken from bees'.
