The MATS Conny in warbird gallery page 1, row 1, photo 2: I believe it was this particular plane that visited Holland early somewhere '90's. It was visiting England and was going to make a stop here, but it wasn't allowed to land due to strict regulations concerning classic warplanes in Holland. So it only flew along the Dutch coast from where I saw it (on a clear day in june/july). This seems a strange fact, because later a Conny was bought in the USA by the Dutch museum Aviodome, for their new location at Lelystad Airport. They fixed it up so it could fly! the trip USA-Holland. It would seem this Conny was in a worse state than the well preserved MATS Conny which wasn't allowed to land at all. Can anybody comment on this?
