中新网4月14日电中国卫生部办公厅日前发出通知，要求临床医师在接诊疑似非典型肺炎(SARS)患者时，除询问病史、症状和进行相应检查外，还必须询问是否探视或护理过SARS患者、是否接触过家养或野生动物等问题。

　　通知要求对有上述接触史的就诊患者，接诊医师应详细记录相应的时间、地点、航班、车船次以及接触者的个人情况、联络方式等，便于公卫医师进行跟踪和线索调查。

　　附：卫生部办公厅关于临床医师在接诊疑似传染性非典型肺炎患者时应询问流行病学史的通知

　　各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局，中医药管理局，新疆生产建设兵团卫生局，有关部直属单位，在京部属(管)医院：

　　为进一步做好疑似非典型肺炎(SARS)患者的确诊工作，控制传染源，切断传播途径，及时救治非典型肺炎(SARS)患者，现将有关事项通知如下：

　　一、临床医师在接诊疑似非典型肺炎(SARS)患者时，除询问病史、症状和进行相应检查外，还必须围绕流行病学史，询问下列问题：

　　1、发病前两周内是否探视或护理过非典型肺炎(SARS)患者或疑似病人。

　　2、发病前两周内是否接触过发热病人。

　　3、发病前两周内是否到过外地(包括有非典型肺炎流行的地方)出差、旅游、探亲等。

　　4、发病前两周内是否坐过飞机、火车、轮船、长途汽车、出租车。

　　5、发病前两周内是否到过空气污染、人口拥挤的公共场所和地方。

　　6、发病前两周内是否接触过家养或野生动物。

　　二、对有上述接触史的就诊患者，接诊医师应详细记录相应的时间、地点、航班、车船次以及接触者的个人情况、联络方式等，便于公卫医师进行跟踪和线索调查。

　　三、临床医师和公卫医师要密切配合，通力协作，共同作好非典型肺炎的防治工作。
