No Double Crowning!! (except for My Buddy and Me Supreme)
No One will leave empty handed!!! All children are special!!!
Age Divisions:
Girls: (0-12mths); (1yr); (2yr); (3yr); (4- 5yr); (6-7yr); (8-9yr);(10-12yr);
(13-15yr); (16&up) Boys: (0-24mths); (3-5yr); (5&up)
In each age division their will be:
Queen/ King :
The winner in each division will receive a beautiful 3ft trophy, very nice crown, custom banner, nice gift and $15.00 off the next KGBB pageant.
Alternates :
Up to Four Alternates will be awarded in each age division. They will receive a 2ft trophy, and gift as well as money off the next KGBB Pageant.
Future Queens :
Everyone else in the division will receive a trophy, gift, and money off the next KGBB.
Photogenic :
Each age division will have photogenic winner. You should bring your photos the day of the pageant. Photos should be no larger than 8X10 (B&W or Color) and no smaller than a wallet size. Please DO NOT mail photos!!! Please DO NOT bring photos with frames!! Please label back of photos with name and age division, they will not be accepted otherwise. The photogenic winner in each age division will receive nice frame. Extra Photos will be $10.00 each!!
Optional’s
In each age division their will be a winner in each of the following categories: Best Attire, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Eyes, Most Gorgeous, and Most Eye-Catching. Winners will receive either a custom banner, a trophy or a custom tote bag!!
Overall, their will be:
Overalls :
Overalls will include: Overall Best Attire, Overall Prettiest Hair, Overall Most Gorgeous. Winners will receive a nice trophy or custom banner!!
Note: In order to be eligible for an overall, you must have won that optional in your age division!!
Grand Supreme :
The highest score of the day will receive a custom KGBB banner, large beautiful crown, 5ft trophy, very nice gift as well as ½ off the next KGBB Pageant.
Mini Supreme :
The second highest score of the day will receive a custom KGBB banner, beautiful crown, 5ft trophy as well, nice gift and $25.00 off the next KGBB Pageant.
Novice Supreme :
The third highest score of the day will receive a custom KGBB banner, beautiful crown, 4ft trophy, nice gift and $20.00 off the next KGBB Pageant.
My Buddy and Me Supreme :
This is the Supreme offered extra at the door where each child pays $10.00 and the winners are chosen by the highest combined score. You pick a friend in the pageant and each child’s scores are added together to get 1 total score. The two Buddies with the highest score will receive a very nice crown!! This is a very cute Supreme, and this Supreme
IS Double Crowned!!!

**~** Their will be Extra Overalls and Supremes offered at the door for $35.00!! You may pay them up-front or the day of the pageant. The Extra Overalls will include: Overall Photogenic, Overall Prettiest Eyes, and Overall Most Eye-Catching!! The Extra Supremes will include Butterfly Beauty Supreme, Millennium Supreme and Star of Tomorrow Supreme. Directors Choice is also included in the Extra Door Overalls!! If enough contestants enter, we will have an Exclusive Butterfly Grand Supreme!!**~**
Information
Contestants will be judged on facial beauty- (1-50pts), overall appearance/stage presence- (1-25pts), and personality-age(0-4) modeling ages (4&up)- (1-25pts). Stage will be in a back T formation. The beauty score will break all ties!!Admission is $5.00 for everyone except contestants and those under 4. Admission will help with cleanup, judges, rental and speakers/helpers. Bad Sportsmanship will not be tolerated!!! Those displaying a bad attitude will be disqualified and asked to leave, therefore forfeiting all awards. Pageants are for fun and for children and adults alike to have a good time and make new friends. I would like for my pageant system to be honorable and FUN!! That is what it is all about. All awards can and may be lowered if enough contestants do not enter the pageant. Awards stated will be based on 25 contestants. I think you will be pleased with my pageant system, as I am honored to have the ability to have such a pleasing job. The judges decisions will be final and the original score sheets will be given out at the end of the pageant. No refunds will be given for any reason!! Director has the right to combine any age groups with less than 2 contestants. You must enter ALL events in order to be eligible for Supremes, including Door Extras!! Must have at least 10 contestants for pageant to be held!
Balance Owed on day of Pageant must be payed by CASH or MONEY ORDER!! Absolutely NO Checks will be accepted!!!

I, the legal parent of guardian of the contestant above hereby understand and agree that all decisions are final and bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated, resulting in forfeiting of all awards. I will not hold Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties, Holly Cox, Workers, Judges or place where pageant is held responsible for any accident, illness, injury, or stolen/lost items that may occur during, before, or after the pageant. I also understand that no refunds will be given, and that awards can and may be enlarged or reduced, depending on how many contestants compete. Director has the right to substitute awards. I also give permission for photos taken before, during or after the pageant may be used for publicity on paperwork and on KGBB web site.
