Time: 2:00 p.m. Registration: 1:00 - 1:45p.m. (all ages!)
Attire: Winter Wear (off the rack or custom)

Absolutely NO ONE will leave empty handed!!!!!
In each Age Division their will be:
Queen/King
Winner in each age division will receive a beautiful crown, large trophy, nice gift and $20.00 off next Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties Pageant
Alternates
Four Alternates will be awarded in each division. They will receive a crown, trophy, nice gift, as well as $15.00 off next Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties Pageant
Participation
Each contestant not placing will receive a nice participation trophy and gift.
Photogenic
Each age division will have a photogenic winner. You should bring photos, no larger than 8X10 (B&W or color) with you and present
at registration. Photo may be professional or a snapshot, your choice!! Please do not mail photos! You may have photo in a decorative frame, if enough contestant participate, the best decorated/ most original frame winner will receive a nice gift. The photogenic winner in each age division will receive a beautiful frame.
Extra Photos will be $10.00 each
Optionals
In each age division their will be one winner in each of the following categories: Best Attire, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Eyes, Most Gorgeous and Prettiest Smile. Winners will receive a nice trophy.
Overalls
Overalls will include: Overall Best Attire, Overall Prettiest Hair, Overall Pretties Eyes and Overall Most Gorgeous. Winners will receive a nice victory trophy or banner.
Note: In order to be eligible to win an overall, you must have won that optional in your age division!
Grand Supreme
One lucky winner with the highest score of the day will receive a custom banner, large beautiful crown, nice trophy and a bag full of gifts, as well as half off the next Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties Pageant
Mini Supreme
The second highest score of the day will receive a custom banner, beautiful crown, trophy, nice gifts as well as $25.00 off next Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties Pageant.
Novice Supreme
The third highest Score of the day will receive a custom banner, crown, trophy, nice gifts as will as $20.00 off next Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties Pageant.
If more than 20 contestants, there will be a 0-4 Grand, Mini and Novice Supreme, as well as a 5&up Grand, Mini and Novice Supreme
We will be offering Ticket Sales to pay Entry Fee , if interested, call Director!!
These are Good Luck Wishes you can sell. They are $1.00 each. Chances on $25.00 cash or a nice gift basket. (Depending on how many participate, could be both and more!!)
***There will be Extra Overalls and Supremes offered at the door for $35.00. You may pay them up-front or the day of the pageant. These will include: Overall Photogenic, Overall Prettiest Smile, Directors Choice, Millennium Supreme, Butterfly Beauty Supreme and Star of Tomorrow. The Overall winners will receive a victory trophy or banner and the Supremes winners will receive a nice crown, trophy, gift and money off the next Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties Pageant.***

I, the legal parent of guardian of the contestant above hereby understand and agree that all decisions are final and bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated, resulting in forfeiting of all awards. I will not hold Kentucky’s Gorgeous Butterfly Beauties, Holly Cox, Workers, Judges or place where pageant is held responsible for any accident, illness, injury, or stolen/lost items that may occur during, before, or after the pageant. I also understand that no refunds will be given, and that awards can and may be enlarged or reduced, depending on how many contestants compete Director has the right to substitute awards due to unforseen circumstances. I also give permission for photos taken before, during or after the pageant may be used for publicity on paperwork. By signing this form, all rights to file claims will be waived.
