Yes, It does appear that you can post pictures here. You cannot cut and paste them or upload them so they already have to be on a web server somewhere. If you want to place a picture in a message, place this text string in the message area:

IMG src="http://www.xyz.jpg"

Add a "<" character to the front and a ">" character in the back. I had to remove them to show the proper string of characters.
