Not only do I remember Tommy and Artie's (Which by the way is still there) but I see Tommy a few times a week. Tommy is retired and lives on Staten Island. He has a Tommy and Artie's on Staten Island which is run by one of his sons. The one Foster Road is also run by another of his sons.

I remember several tow shops as my husband, Wendell, used to letter the trucks. Sadly, he passed away Aug. 16th,1994.
I still have some pictures of trucks he lettered if I can find them! He thoroughly enjoyed his work and working for you guys!

they have a place in staten island you can see the sign from 440 going to nj.i must have towed 2,000 car for them to fix i worked for big bear and they were his customer .they treated me well two good guys
