Subject: Domino Pizzeria next to Canarsie Theater

Hi anyone remember me. The pizzeria next to the movie. I watched a lot of kids grow up. Hope they remember me. I was there from 1962 thru 1982. My children are Teresa, Joseph and John Leuci. Let me know if you remember me.

We ALL remember you and your pizzaria!! I was in elementary school during the late 60's early 70's and I vividly recall our lunchtime ritual at Domino's -- we all reached up high to your counter and rapidly banged our quarters on the counter at the same time, chanting "SLICE AND A COKE, SLICE AND A COKE, SLICE AND A COKE" which I believe we got for just that one quarter!!!

Thanks for being part of a great childhood memory!! And for the great pizza and your tolerance of noise!

Hello Dom,
I'm an old friend of Theresa.
I remember everything. Canarsie was wonderful then. Now is a different story.
I hope all your children are doing well these days.
I know Theresa married nicky and has a few daughters. I remember seeing them when they were all very young. They were all beautful just like Theresa. I heard she was out on NJ, as am I. Maybe I'll run into her someday.
thanks for the memories, and the pizza.
Barri

yup i used look forward to being a big girl in 6th grade and goig to my favorite pizza place: domino's and getting a slice for 35 cents and a coke for 15 cents grand total
50 cents then running across the street to the sweet shop to buy candy from elaine
my weekly allowance was $2.50 and i was a big shot in my own mind
ps my condolences to mr. rauch's family i never forgot him as my teacher. 30 years later and i still remember how he made a young girl laugh hysterically while learning.
i especially remember hime telling the boys they needed to tell their parents they were ready for deodorant!!!

to me he was the REAL Mr. Kotter lol!!

Dominick,

I remember you, vaguely...of course, it's been a VERY long time. I spent mostly the summers at the theatre from 1969 (I was 6) to around 1977 (14). Through the summer the theatre did a Disney marathon...I remember seeing most of the Walt Disney movies there...some for the very first time...then getting pizza when the movie let out. When I turned 15 I started seeing Andrew Kraft, and shortly after was dating Joey Mueller, and I used to live around the corner from Frank & Dominick Salvatori, Frank & John Santos lived down the block from me...we all hung out at the Brook Sun & Swim Club...do you remember any others?
