Lets take a look and get some input from this viewpoint.
Bible says that God is omni present, omni potent, and omnificent. (I cant spell good btw). So in English. He is everywhere, in everything, all powerful, and all knowing. Well instead of thinking of some human figure standing in same glass window looking down on us from heaven (which cant be possible if he was omni-present (catch one to most xian thinking)) that would mean that is is everywhere and in everything. As I already stated. So the glass of water you just drank... that was some good tasting God wasnt it? (Sick minds go away) That pretty rock you found... pretty God. So how could this God be everything like that? Mabey God is just the energy force that encompasses and makes up everything. God is raw matter. Raw energy. Kinetic Energy. Potential Energy. Everything. Matter is the most powerful thing on this Earth because EVERYTHING is made from it. OMNI-POTENT. Proven. OMNI-PRESENT. Proven.
Time to tackle Omnificient (ever knowing). Think about it. If you were everything, that was everywhere, would you know everything? I mean comeon... you are part of every single creation, everywhere. That would make you all knowing would it not?
Now lets look at praying and meditation. Exact same thing. Nothing diffrent except your view on it. In both cases you are clearing your mind of everything but holding onto a path that you wish to go down (meditative thinking to solve answers). Meditation gives people a higher understanding of life. TRUE. Why? Because by silence and clarity of thought you had become one with that energy. You were able to see past all those clogs that society puts in you and that false truth. Your mind was free to know the answer to its problems. Praying helps people get better. TRUE. Why? Because when someone truely beleives in something, I think they become attuned to this energy, this God, and some how shift its flow or soemthing, shit I dont know, and that it changes the structure of itself to make that person better. Jesus could have been nothing more than a human who was so close and lived in that meditative closeness with the energy for so long that he could see and guide it and could heal people because of it.
Well I am going to stop there because I made my brain hurt. I am a firm beleiver in Meditation because I know its benefits. Look in your bible to where it talks about how Jesus went into the desert for 40 days or something like that and came back enlightened. Meditation. Or Prayer as Xians like to call it. Two faces, one person.
