Well, everyone's opinion if different. No one really knows since so many reasons could exist. ^ ^

Personally, i think the conspiricies are to keep people in fear so they don't pass through the "Transition." Hybrids are wanted because the aim in genetics is to create a creature to accomplish the goals of those trying to control the masses- or redeem those very confused masses who are the target of control. Also, genetically and in the long run hybrids might be needed because they are more physically, mentaly, and maybe psiritually adapt, as in the Grey's case- hybrids have human AND grey emotions, and perhaps the ability to reproduce with Zeta(grey) abilities.

These folks would be very handy to keeping the species alive, and maybe even another role of evolution.

And this may be all about how many people the Naga(bad)-Reptillians can control after the Transition, so that they shall have rule until the next Asendance(transition) occures a few thousand years later.

But remember- this is my idea. :D
